Issue 5 Is Live!

February 23, 2015 – NEW YORK, NY The Marketer Quarterly, an ad-supported digital magazine from The Relevancy Group, enters its second year with the fifth installment of the publication. For the latest issue, we return to the core digital marketing tool: email. This issue packs a punch with stories exploring the challenging and exciting times of marketers in 2015. 

The signature piece in the magazine is an excerpt from The Relevancy Group’s latest Ring Report: The Relevancy Ring—ESP Buyer’s Guide 2015. The report explores and ranks eleven email service providers based on their functionality, service, client satisfaction and all around experience. 

In the issue, eBates shares their post-holiday email takeaways; Dell unveils plans for zero impact packaging; and we explore how musicians are turning marketing upside down in the digital age. Sony talks video in email and our piece jumps off the page with real video. For the main feature, our editorial team hangs out with the CMO of The Grammys. Practical columns give tips on how to shop for an ESP and how to tackle Google’s Inbox.

The Marketer Quarterly is available online, as well as through apps in iTunes, Google Play and Amazon. Published by leading marketing research and consulting company The Relevancy Group, the publication launched in January 2014. The inaugural issue focused on email and featured an excerpt of the groundbreaking guide on email service providers (ESPs), titled: “The Relevancy Ring—ESP Buyer’s Guide 2014.” Issue 2 focused on mobile marketing and included an excerpt from The Relevancy Group’s Consumer Mobile Survey. Issue 3 focused on social marketing and Issue 4 delved into big data.

David Daniels serves as the magazine’s publisher. Experienced journalist Dianna Dilworth is the magazine’s editor. Services leader Chris Marriott contributes a number of columns. Senior Analysts Peggy Reinders and Nicholas Einstein throw their hats into the ring and co-authored the report.
