January 22, 2014 – MIAMI, FLORIDA — Leading marketing research and consulting company The Relevancy Group is releasing a groundbreaking up-to-the-minute guide to email service providers (ESPs), titled: “The Relevancy Ring—ESP Buyers Guide 2014” at the Email Evolution Conference, hosted by The DMA’s Email Experience Council.

The Buyer’s Guide evaluates ESPs in the enterprise and mid-market sectors, highlighting customer satisfaction across these fourteen companies. Each ESP is given a placement in “The Relevancy Ring” based on quantifiable panel data drawn from studied performance in the email inbox, a survey of nearly 400 email marketers as well as a broad vendor questionnaire and demos of multiple use case scenarios.

The Relevancy Ring research methodology is designed to evaluate and compare competing vendors, and was developed by The Relevancy Group’s CEO David Daniels; part of the team that developed JupiterResearch’s landmark buyer’s guide “The Constellation.” With over a decade of experience in market research and vendor evaluation, David is now turning his focus to assembling a comprehensive vendor buyers guide for a wide range of ESP customers.

An excerpt from The Relevancy Ring—ESP Buyers Guide 2014 will appear in the debut issue of The Marketer Quarterly, a new ad-supported digital magazine from The Relevancy Group. Also set for release at the Email Evolution Conference, MQ—available online and on mobile apps—will guide marketers through the connected world each quarter with an in-depth focus on all aspects of their world.
